WX-009A Deep Hole Internal Grinding Machine
This machine tool is mainly used for grinding deep holes with diameters ranging from Φ45 to Φ160mm, such as grinding deep hole parts similar to aircraft landing gear cylinders, with a maximum grinding depth of 750mm. It is suitable for single-piece small batch production.
I. Characteristics and Performance of Machine Tool Structure
1. The layout adopts a fixed headstock, reciprocating worktable, and feed movement of the grinding frame;
2. The headstock uses a planetary friction-type mechanical stepless speed change mechanism, with the workpiece spindle speed divided into high and low speeds, allowing stepless speed regulation;
3. The feed guide rail of the grinding frame adopts a double V-roller guide, with sensitive feed and high system rigidity;
4. The grinding frame can move quickly in the lateral direction, facilitating measurement and adjustment;
5. Four sets of mechanical transmission deep hole grinding tools are used to meet the requirements of deep hole grinding for different diameter sections.
