1. Machine tool working environment
The working environment of the machine tool is good or bad, and there is a direct relationship between ensuring the performance and normal operation of the machine tool, if the temperature is too high, the control mechanism in the CNC system will fail or fail; Too low a temperature can also deteriorate the working conditions of the lubrication and hydraulic systems, causing machine failure or damage to machine parts. Therefore, we recommend that the machine be used under the following conditions:
- The machine should be kept indoors in a dry environment. The machine foundation is made according to the requirements of the machine tool foundation.
- Power supply voltage: rated power supply voltage AC380V, voltage fluctuation range -10~+10%, power supply frequency: 50Hz±1Hz. Beyond this range, users need to purchase their own regulated power supply.
- Ambient air temperature: 5°C~40°C; And the average temperature of 24h should not exceed 35°C.
- Humidity: The maximum temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 35%, and the humidity change does not cause condensation.
- The concentration of dust in the air shall not be greater than 10mg/m3, and shall not contain acids, salts and corrosive gases.
- The atmospheric pressure is 86~106kpa
- The installation of machine tools should be far away from vibration sources and heat sources. The power in the factory where the machine tool is installed should be less than 0.5G (G is the acceleration of gravity).
