2. The spindle motor is directly mounted on the tool post, and through high-precision bevel gear transmission to the hob spindle, reducing transmission error and improving transmission accuracy.
3. The worktable adopts high-precision double lead worm and worm gear transmission.
4. The main guide rails use a hard rail quenching and plastic coating process treatment, ensuring the durability of the machine tool.
5. The Z-axis movement adopts a balanced cylinder and chain counterweight structure, which better balances the hob cutting up and down movement, making the cutting more stable and effectively extending the service life of the ball screw.
