4. Description of machine tool structure and technical parameters
4.1 Overall structure:
4.1.1 The machine tool adopts a semi-enclosed protection.
4.1.2 The machine tool uses a reciprocating headstock and a feed mechanism for the grinding frame. The grinding frame consists of a bridge plate, a carriage, and a grinding tool holder.
4.1.3 Independent electrical box and front-rotating operation console.
4.2 Workpiece spindle
4.2.1 The machine tool uses manual loading and unloading.
4.2.2 The headstock chuck uses a Φ160 manual three-jaw chuck for clamping, with a frequency converter added to achieve infinite variable speed.
4.3 Feed axis system (X axis);
4.3.1 The feed mechanism guide rail uses high-precision cross-roller steel guide rails to improve the motion accuracy and rigidity of the machine tool feed axis.
4.3.2 A servo motor drives the Nanjing process ball screw through a coupling, enabling gapless, high-sensitivity linear motion.
4.3.3 The guide rail and screw are equipped with protective devices, effectively ensuring the accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
4.4 Reciprocating axis system (Z axis)
4.4.1 The worktable guide rail uses a flat-V plastic-coated guide rail to ensure the accuracy and rigidity of the machine tool's reciprocating motion.
4.4.2 A servo motor drives the Nanjing process ball screw through a coupling, realizing the reciprocating motion of the worktable, enabling gapless, high-sensitivity linear motion.
4.4.3 The guide rail and screw are equipped with protective devices, effectively ensuring the accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
4.5 Grinding wheel axis system:
The machine tool is equipped with one mechanical spindle (grinding head), driven by an electric motor.
4.6 Lubrication system (electric lubrication pump)
The machine tool adopts an independent central lubrication system, which starts working before other actions after the machine tool is started. It ensures reliable lubrication for the moving parts such as the worktable and feed mechanism guide rail, screw, etc.
4.7 Cooling system
Equipped with an independent cooling water tank, with a magnetic separator.
4.8 Electrical system
4.8.1 The machine tool control system adopts the KND system, equipped with an absolute value motor. It can realize interpolation function, automatic detection of CNC system failures, fault alarms, and alarms have historical records.
4.8.2 Color LCD display, which can display in Chinese separately, making it easy and quick to input size values, grinding wheel values, grinding parameters, simple setting without complex programming, and has functions such as various loop program calls, fault alarms, self-diagnosis, and management.
4.8.3 The machine tool is equipped with a mobile handheld unit, which can select the axis system and magnification, making it convenient for adjusting and tool setting for parts, especially suitable for multi-variety, medium  batch production.
4.8.4 The electrical control box is located at the upper rear part of the machine tool, with standardized wiring and clear line numbers. All output points must go through intermediate relays. The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger. The operation box is arranged in front and can rotate, making operation and adjustment convenient.
