The PB130 CNC planer-boring and milling machine is of a planer-type horizontal structure with a side-mounted spindle box. It incorporates advanced experience and technology from both domestic and international sources in the fields of structural design and manufacturing technology. Following a standardized and modular design philosophy, it utilizes mature domestic component structures and employs the latest design methods such as 3D design technology (including 3D design software and finite element analysis) to develop a high-end CNC boring machine. It is suitable for multi-process machining of medium-sized parts, including face milling, boring/drilling, tapping, thread cutting, deep hole drilling with U-drills, turning of outer diameters (with accessories such as steady rests), and machining of three-dimensional surfaces. It can complete multiple processes in a single setup.
The PB130 CNC planer-boring and milling machine features a split design for the front and rear beds, with an inverted T-shaped structural layout. The worktable moves back and forth horizontally along the guide rails of the rear bed (X-axis); the spindle box moves up and down vertically along the guide rails of the column (Y-axis); the column is fixed on the slide seat of the rear bed, and the slide seat moves back and forth longitudinally along the guide rails of the rear bed (Z-axis); the worktable rotates (B-axis); the main spindle of the machine tool moves back and forth (W-axis); and the main motion of the machine tool is the rotary motion of the spindle (SP).
(The appearance of the machine tool and the definition of the coordinate axes are shown in the figure below.)
The main motions and coordinate axes of the machine tool are as follows:
(1) Main rotary motion of the machine tool (sp)
(2) Worktable lateral movement (X-axis)
(3) Spindle box vertical movement (Y-axis)
(4) Column longitudinal movement (Z-axis)
(5) Boring spindle axial movement (W-axis)
(6) Worktable rotation (B-axis)
